I have had my car for almost 3 years now and I have no complaints. I have always received excellent service. They are always efficient, very easy to work with and take great care of my car. I am very happy.
All but one of this stores surveys were outstanding. I am not sure what Tony S was talking about but Bill J, Len, Jillian, and bill Colgate went out of there way to get some lingering issues fixed on my vehicle that had just run out of warranty. I am new to these guys my old dealership is on 30. These guys blew them away!! I am a customer for life.
Poor communication and service. If you decide to bring your car here for service make sure the work gets done and if you do have a complaint and bring the issue up to the general manager make sure he puts his ego in check! VERY unprofessional!

Here is another quality dealership. Jaguar Land Rover West Chester is a modern facility with a very nice showroom. The staff are courteous and professional. There are several positives I'd like to point out: the customer service is top notch, the vehicles are very clean and are brought out to you when you wish to test drive, and the prices even on leases are very fair.
